4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

½ cup whole-wheat breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground pepper
Directions
- Sprinkle all sides of chicken evenly with salt. Whisk oil and mustard together in a medium bowl until combined. Stir breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper together in a shallow dish. Place the chicken in the oil mixture, turning to coat evenly; place in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere. Arrange the breaded chicken breasts at least 1/2 inch apart in the basket of an air fryer. Cook at 390°F until golden brown, about 6 minutes. Gently flip and cook until an instant-read thermometer inserted in the thickest portion of chicken registers 165°F, 5 to 6 minutes.
