Bourbon Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 3 tablespoons confectioners’ sugar

  • 1 tablespoon bourbon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Just before serving, beat cream with sugar in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add bourbon and vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
