Baked Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey

  • ½ cup Italian bread crumbs

  • ¼ cup thinly sliced baby spinach

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tablespoons onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Mix turkey, bread crumbs, spinach, egg, onion powder, and garlic powder together in a bowl until well combined.

  3. Roll mixture into eight palm-sized meatballs and place 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the outside is browned, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
