Ingredients

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage

½ cup old-fashioned oats (see Tip)

½ tablespoon chia seeds (Optional)

½ banana, mashed

1 teaspoon maple syrup

Pinch of salt

½ cup fresh blueberries

1 tablespoon unsweetened flaked coconut (Optional)
Directions

Combine coconut milk, oats, chia seeds (if using), banana, maple syrup and salt in a pint-sized jar and stir. Top with blueberries and coconut, if desired. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
