High Fiber Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen banana slices

  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 5 tablespoons sliced almonds, divided

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha tea powder

  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup

  • 1/2 ripe kiwi, sliced

Directions

  1. Place banana, peaches, spinach, almond milk, 3 tablespoons almonds, matcha and maple syrup in a blender; process until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with kiwi and the remaining 2 tablespoons almonds. Serve immediately.
