Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 slice beefsteak tomato
- 6 slices English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons sliced red onion
- 1 tablespoon sliced scallion
- 3 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon capers, rinsed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 whole-grain everything bagels, toasted
Directions
- Spread cream cheese on a cutting board. Top with smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, onion, scallion, dill and capers; season with pepper. Chop the mixture until it’s chunky and everything is well incorporated. Divide the mixture evenly between 2 bagel halves; top with the other halves.
