¼ cup Worcestershire sauce

6 cloves garlic, chopped

4 sprigs fresh thyme

1 sprig fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns

1 ½ teaspoons whole allspice berries (Optional)

1 bay leaf
Directions

Stir together water, salt, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, rosemary, peppercorns, allspice berries, and bay leaf in a large pot; bring to a boil. Set aside to cool completely before brining turkey.
