Raspberry Peach Chia Seed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups unsweetened soy milk

  • ½ cup whole-milk plain strained (Greek-style) yogurt

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • 4 pitted dried dates

  • 1½ cups frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen peach slices

  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place 1½ cups soy milk, ½ cup yogurt, ¼ cup chia seeds, 4 dates, 1½ cups raspberries, 1 cup peaches and ⅛ teaspoon salt in a blender. Process until smooth, stirring occasionally to help blend if needed, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses.
