½ cup whole-milk ricotta cheese

2 slices crusty whole-grain bread, toasted

2 slices prosciutto

1 small peach, sliced (about ¾ cup)

Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Directions
- Spread ¼ cup ricotta on each of 2 toast slices. Top each with 1 slice prosciutto and half the peach slices. Season to taste with cracked black pepper.
