4 pounds Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary
Directions
- Gather all ingredients. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Whisk butter, olive oil, and garlic together in a bowl until well combined; generously brush onto crab.
- Cook crab on the preheated grill, turning once, until the shell just begins to brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve with lemon and more melted butter if you like, enjoy!
